I read about Act 20 and Act 22 sometime in January or February of 2016. I came for a visit in May 2016 and then moved officially to Puerto Rico June 2016.
I know it was quick, but I did not want the Puerto Rican government to change their mind on these amazing incentives and I knew I had to move.
